Terms and Conditions:
COVID19 - We are still
able to send orders to our manufacturers at this time, and
whilst the majority of orders are expected to be processed as
normal, there may be delays with some orders at either the
manufacturing or delivery stage due to staff shortages where
the need to self isolate is required. This is out of our
control and we ask that you please bear this in mind when
placing an order at this difficult time.
Processing of Orders -
Orders are usually processed within 2 working day and are
printed either in-house or via one of our chosen printing
partners.
Payments - Payment methods
accepted are credit card, debit card and Paypal and is
processed via Paypal.
Delivery - Prints are usually dispatched within
72 hours, with the aim of getting the print to you within 5
working days. We are however subject to the printers workload
and during busy periods this may take a little longer. You will be
updated and provided with a tracking number (as applicable) as
soon as your order is shipped.
Problems - You will normally
receive an invoice for your order within 48 hours. If you are
in any way dissatisified with your print order, please send a
reply email detailing the problem. You will get a response
within 48 hours.
Your Right
to Cancel - As you are making a purchase at distance,
you are entitled to 14 days from the date of delivery in which
to change your mind. Please keep your invoice email as again
you will need to send a reply email to advise us. You will be
responsible for the cost of returning your order, however will
be entitled to a full refund of your original order costs,
this will normally be processed within 7 days of receipt of
the return. (Except customised products - those which contain
your own images or choice of text).
